The Division of Food & Nutrition Services welcomes you to our web site. Our mission is to protect the well-being of the Anne Arundel County Public School children, and help assure their satisfactory progress in educational activities by providing nutritious meals in an attractive friendly environment within a self-supporting operation.
This award winning Division
consists of 480 employees
who serve students and school staff over 7,000,000
meals annually in 114 schools.
Snappy, the School Meals Mascot, was created to promote Nutrition Education within the schools and the community. Snappy delivers Nutrition Messages in the classroom, fairs, school events and on the Galley Restaurant Menu. Promotional Events will be published on this site throughout the year.
