   Creative Writing & Literary Magazine

Creative Writing

Creative Writing is an elective course for students who wish to explore such literary forms as the short story, the poem, the essay, or the one-act play. Techniques for artful expression are examined and practiced.

Literary Magazine I - IV

Students participate in a production company to conceptualize, create, and publish a school-wide literary arts magazine. Students collaborate in all aspects of production. The focus of Literary Magazine is on developing the skills necessary to evaluate a wide variety of student art and writing and make effective editorial choices that support design concepts and respect the integrity of an artists' intentions.
