Literature includes works by authors
such as Chaucer, Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Thomas,
Golding, and Myers. This course emphasizes further
development of oral communication skills through a
series of short oral presentations for a variety of
purposes and completes a four-year study of
increasingly complex grammatical structures that
develop students' ability to produce sophisticated
prose.
