Introduction
You are part of a
team of authors writing a collection of short stories. Each writer
will contribute a story. The stories will be published in a book
and some stories will be posted in an online literary magazine. Many
people will be able to read your work,just like a real published author!
How do our favorite
authors get the ideas for their stories?
How do they make their
characters come alive?
What writing tools
or techniques do writers use to help us see and feel and believe the story?
You will use this webquest
to answer these questions as you work through the writing process.
After each task, you will have writing work to complete at your desk.
You will need to finish that work before you go on to the next task.
