The AACPS Dance Festivals are performance opportunities for elementary through high school students.  At Chesapeake High School, students come after school, rehearse, and present a concert that is open to the public in the evening.  On Friday, at South River High School, high school students take master classes during the school day, rehearse after school, and present a concert that is open to the public in the evening. On Saturday, at South River High School, elementary and middle school students take master classes and rehearse during the day and present a concert that is open to the public in the evening. 

In 2007, all 12 high schools, the Anne Arundel County Dance Ensemble, 9 middle schools and 21 elementary schools performed in four sold out concerts.
