Linda Skreptack has a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology and an M.A. in General Administration from the University of Maryland   In her 3l year career working for state and local government she has investigated child abuse, been a probation officer for juvenile offenders, a deputy division director of a local health department focusing on services to the mentally ill and the director of the local management board in our county for 10 years.  She loves to garden and is a certified yoga and water aerobics instructor who teaches on weekends and evenings.
