Stacy Pipkin has a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Baltimore. She is a long-time Anne Arundel County resident and graduated from Chesapeake High School in 1988. She has spent her professional career in fundraising and grant writing for nonprofit organizations. She has taught many courses in grant development. She lives in Pasadena with her partner and 4 dogs.
