It is the responsibility of local school districts to engage in “timely and meaningful” consultation with appropriate non-public school representatives in order to administer benefits through programs funded through NCLB.  This requirement includes projects that are funded directly from the federal government, as well as projects from Maryland State agencies that distribute NCLB funding (such as Title II and the 21^st Century Community Learning Centers).

The following information is intended to assist non-public schools in Anne Arundel County, as they collaborate with AACPS to access funds for which they are eligible.
