Network Printing
Nothing comes out of the Printer check the following:

Check to see if the printer is turned on.

You will be working with a printer attached to a print station (one workstation
designated to interface with the printer) or,
-
Jet Direct Printer (A printer attached to the network with a network cable
only)

To see if your printer is Offline:

Click on START,
-
Then SETTINGS
-
Then PRINTERS
-
Then right click on the type of printer you are printing to, and uncheck
WORK OFFLINE.
Checking Print Queue:

In Windows 95 check the print queue to see if the print job is paused.

To check this, double-click on the printer icon in the lower right corner
of the taskbar. The jobs for that printer will appear. If it says Paused
next the document, click on Document and click on Resume.
Deleting Print Jobs

Log on as a teacher
-
Highlight Start and Click
-
Highlight Settings and Click
-
Highlight Printers and Click
-
Double click on the printer you are trying to print to
-
Highlight the Print job you would like to Delete
-
Click on Document from the menu at the top of the printer window
-
Click on Cancel

- Turn Printer off
- Delete all print jobs in Queue
- Turn Printer back on and try again
