Stand Alone Printing

Nothing comes out of the Printer

• Check to see if the printer is turned on
• Check to make sure the Printer cables are securely fastened
• Make sure have selected that Printer you are using (when printing)

Deleting a print Job:

Windows 95:

• Double click on the Printer Icon in the task bar at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
• Highlight the document you want to delete
• Click on Document at the top of the Printer window
• Click on Cancel

Window 3.1:

• Click on Cancel while the print job is spooling
• Garble comes out of the Printer
• Turn Printer off
• Delete all print jobs in Queue
• Turn Printer back on and try again

• Tips: If you are printing confidential information, stay and wait for your job to print. If it does not come out check the print queue.
