Essential Understanding
The climate of a region effects the way people live, work, and play.
MLO: 2.4 Students will describe the weather using observations,
age appropriate tools (i.e., thermometers) and measurements.
Student Outcome: Students will learn to identify trends and patterns
in weather as they observe, record and report on the daily weather in their
environment.
Indicator: Weather interacts with local features of the
Earth and changes them over time.
