Windsor Farm Lunch Monitors

Windsor Farm Elementary is looking for parents and grandparents to become lunch monitors.  Lunch monitors are a vital part of lunchtime in our school.  You are there to assist and watch over the children during lunch and recess.  If you spend one day a week at Windsor Farm during school, this may be something for you to look into.  The schedule is somewhat flexible.  The pay is $10 an hour.  You can enjoy some time with your child and get paid doing it!  Please call Ms. Saundra Parker at 410-626-8547 if you think you can help us in this area!

School Closings

Your child’s agenda book has information regarding school closings and early dismissals due to inclement weather.   Several radio and TV stations are listed for you to tune into.  You may also get information from Anne Arundel County Public Schools redesigned web site at www.aacps.org.  Please review your emergency plan for your child so they know what to do and where to go in the event of an early closing.  We do not have the ability to call parents or relatives to pick children up for a school closing.  Take a minute and be sure your child is safe!

Substitute Teaching

We are always interested in expanding our list of substitute teachers. The job is a very rewarding one and is considered to be a vital part of the educational experience. You need a high school diploma. If you are interested in substitute teaching, please call Windsor Farm at 410-626-8547 to arrange an interview.
