ARRIVAL PROCEDURES FOR ALL STUDENTS

1. Children are asked not to arrive at school prior to 8:45 a.m.  Students will enter the building at 8:55 a.m. at the direction of the teacher on duty.  Kindergartners and grades 1 and 2 students use the door in the primary wing.  Students in grades 3, 4 and 5 use the main entrance. 
    

2. Students arriving after 9:10 a.m. will need to use the main entrance.
    

3. Attendance is taken prior to 9:15 a.m.  Any students who arrive after 9:15 a.m. need to report to the office so that their names can be removed from the classroom absentee report and be issued a late pass to enter class.  An adult needs to accompany the child to the office or write a note explaining the lateness.  Please park in the gravel parking lot, not in the bus lane as buses continue to arrive.  Remember, it is illegal to park in the bus lane for any length of time at anytime.
