Hilltop Elementary School is in the of Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Ms. Knauf is spending the 2001-2002 school year teaching at an international school in China. Hilltop's students will be keeping in touch with Ms. Knauf and her new students via the internet.

A: I used to drive a very old car, but...

A: No, not yet.

A: My dog Pepper lives in New York with a friend.

A: I don't own a TV, so it's hard for me to pick a favorite show.

A: I like to run!
I also enjoy hiking.

A: Now that I've moved to Maryland
I'm thinking about becoming an Orioles fan.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: I enjoy Greek food.
Q: Do you know a lot about computers?
A: I'm learning more every day.
Q: What does your husband do for a living?
A: I'm not married.

A: My first name is Kimberly.
Q: What elementary school did you attend?

A: I went to three different elementary schools.
Two of them were in the state of New York,
and the other one was all the way out in Colorado.
Q: What college did you attend?
A: I received my Bachelor's of Education at the University of Buffalo.
I got my Masters of Education there, too.
Q: What sports did you play in college?
A: I played lacrosse for a little while.
I also enjoyed running just for fun and fitness.
I love downhill skiing.
Q: Q: Have you ever worked anywhere else other than in a school?
A: Yes, I have. My first job was working in a bakery. I've worked in a K-Mart store, I've worked in restaurants, and I've tutored students.
