            Hello Everyone! We can’t believe it is May!  We are focusing on learning this month.  We will be looking to “catch kids” so that we may reward them for all of their help.  

             HOMEWORK.   Scary, NO WAY!  Ms. Murrell and Ms. Kalo are concerned with the amount of homework NOT being finished.  If a child does not complete their homework for the day, they miss out on recess.  We all love going outside on sunny days.  If you could please take a couple minutes each night to make sure your child completed all assignments from their agendas it would be great!  COOPERATION makes it happen!

            Our fifth grade field trip will be to Washington D.C. this year on June 6^th. The total cost for the trip is $15.  If you could please send in five dollars at a time or the total amount we would greatly appreciate it. This includes lunch for that day also.  More information and permission slips will be coming soon.  Another fundraiser will be coming soon. We would greatly appreciate encouraging every child participate or we will not have the funding to go on our fifth grade trip.
