What is a Signature Program? A Signature Program is a theme or construct within the comprehensive high school program of study that enhances students’ studies and learning opportunities through innovative coursework, in-school events, community-based offerings, career awareness,co-curricular activities and access to Signature-related professionals.
Chesapeake High School is in the planning phase of the Signature Program Cycle. An awareness of Signatures in the community is key. Presentations have been given to the local Pasadena Business Association, Chambers, PTSA, CAC, and other local groups. We want everyone to be aware of Signature Schools.
Our next step will be a Community Survey. We will ask all community members including business, parents, students to have input into Chesapeake High's Signature Program. Please look for the survey coming soon!
