Students will be instructed in all aspects of the printing process, including operating single and multicolor presses, cutter, folder, gluer, stitcher, paper drill and gluer/binder.  Students will develop an understanding of production planning, inventory and cost control, electronic prepress, and employment responsibility.  Students will use Adobe Creative Suite and iMac computers to create and manage files for print production. Career opportunities exist in printing production as a pressman or bindery operator, prepress technician, production planning, purchasing and customer service.
