Precision Machining student

Successful completion of this course will provide the student with advanced training in the following: print, reading, math, various machine set-ups and machining applications on the mill and lathe and CNC programming on the mill or lathe. Upon completion of presicion machining 2, the student will qualify to apply for a job in the machining field.

Career opportunities include owning your own business, machine tool operator, tool and die maker, auto machine shop, instrument maker, machine rebuilder and shop foreperson.
