Ms. Amy Clarke
This is my second year at Arnold Elementary, and I am so happy to be here
teaching first grade! I received my Bachelors Degree from St.
Mary's College of Maryland in Human Studies and Elementary Education.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy going to the beach, watching movies, and
spending time with my friends and family.

Ms. Michele Brady
"I have been a 1st/2nd grade teacher for 28 years. I started teaching
on the Eastern Shore, and then transferred to AA County after 5 years. In
my free time I enjoy bringing smiles to others by taking my three English
Setters to visit the residents of the Severna Park Nursing Home as part of
the county's Pets on Wheels Program."

Ms. Erin Gatling

Ms. Erin Gatling
Mrs. Gatling's has been teaching
in Anne Arundel County Public Schools since 1999. Before leaving the classroom to
serve as a mentor to new teachers, she taught first grade at Belvedere
Elem. She has decided to return to the classroom and is very excited to
join the first grade team here at Arnold. Mrs. Gatling received her degree
in Elementary Education from Loyola College in Maryland, and completed a
master's degree in Early Childhood Education at Towson University in 2006.
She lives in Arnold with her husband and two children, Logan and Emma. When
she is not at school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends,
reading, and traveling.

Ms. Joanna Ricker
Ms. Ricker graduated in spring 2006 from the
University of Maryland, with a degree in Elementary Education and an
emphasis on mathematics. This is her second year teaching at
Arnold
and she is
very excited to be returning to first grade. Ms. Ricker is
also in her 5th year of teaching dance
and gymnastics at
C & C Dance Company in Bowie, where
she was previously a member of
their competition team
for 10 years.

Ms. Bonnie Myers
Bonnie Myers is very
excited to be on board at Arnold Elementary to support 1st and 2nd grade
teachers as the Right Start Advisor. She spends her free time with her
husband, two teenage boys and her dog, Molly. Her family keeps busy
with sports of all kinds.
