Ms.
Maria Barnes ,
General Music Teacher
Ms. Barnes is the General Music Teacher as well as the Choral
Director for Arnold Elementary. "It is a pleasure to be a part
of the team at Arnold Elementary. I recently completed graduate work at
the Peabody Institute of Music in Vocal Performance. Prior to entering
Peabody, I taught music in Anne Arundel County Schools for four years. I
have performed opera with the Annapolis Opera, Wolf Trap, and at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. Currently I am the Youth Choir and Carol Choir
Director at my church."

Ms. Diana Cuzzo
I am originally from Tappan, New York. This is my second year
teaching in Anne Arundel County. I graduated from Marywood University
with a degree in Music Education and a concentration in vocal studies.
I am excited to join the staff at Arnold Elementary! |

Ms. Kelli Ronning
Instrumental Music Teacher
This is Ms. Ronning's 6th year at Arnold Elementary. In addition to
Arnold, she teaches at Broadneck and Belvedere Elementary Schools. Prior
to coming to AACPS, Ms. Ronning taught for 14 years in Baltimore
County. She lives on the Eastern Shore with her husband and three
children. She enjoys cooking, sewing and shuttling her children to
different activities after school.

Mr.
Gregory Metzler
Gregory Metzler was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where he
studied viola with Angelo Gatto and Dr. Sherrie Norwitz. He attended
Towson University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Viola
Performance. Mr. Metzler is also the principal violist of the
Londontowne Symphony Orchestra in Annapolis, Maryland. In addition to
teaching in the Broadneck feeder system, Mr. Metzler is currently a
conductor and coach with the Maryland Youth Symphony Orchestra and plays
organ at his church in Jessup, MD.
