Already registered 6th Graders:
Summer Orientation Sessions will be
held for incoming 6th grade students and parents. These
sessions will offer information regarding the opening of school, a
school tour and the chance to ask questions in a small group
setting.
Orientation Sessions taking place are:
Thursdays: June 26, July 10, 17, 24, August 14.

to make an appointment.
Documents Required for school registration:
> Birth Certificate
> 2 Proofs of Residency -
1. Mandatory: apartment lease,
mortgage papers or Tenant Verification Form (for which you must also
provide lease or mortgage papers for the owner of the property)
2. One additional form of
documentation, i.e. utility or phone bill, bank statement, pay stub,
W-2, lease or contract, assistance check, post office verification
> Copy of the last report card
> Standard Achievement Test
> Maryland Transfer Form (if coming from another Maryland
School)
> Special Education Records (if applicable)
> Health Inventory Form (if entering a Maryland Public School
for the first time)
> Immunization Record
Immunizations required for Maryland schools are:
 | Hepatitis B ( three doses, required for Kindergarten thru Grade 9)

| Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) (K-Grade 12)

| Polio (K-Grade 12)

| Tetanus, Diphtheria, Acellular Pertussis (Tdap) (Ages
10 and above)
