in 1955; renovated 1974 and 1994; new Pre-K addition added 1997; four
levels; self-contained classrooms; two portable classrooms.

Technology at
Jessup: Jessup Elementary has
2 computer labs - the main lab contains 33 Pentium-4 computers
and the Media Research
lab in the media center consists of 7 computers. In addition, each
classroom in grades 1-5 has 2 computers and a printer, and Pre-K and
kindergarten classrooms each have 1 computer.
All of these computers are networked together on Jessup's
instructional server. All computers have Internet access. These
technological advances were made possible through the Anne Arundel County
Public Schools REFRESH Program and a TIMS Grant from the Maryland
Department of Education.
