Ask Ms. Wilkins to tell you how Katie
pushed her into the lake!

Q: What school did you attend when you were a kid?
A: I went to Kiddie Kollege for two years in pre-school, then kindergarten to eighth grade I attended Southampton Township Schools in New Jersey (right down the street from my house).

Q: Where did you go to college?
A: I went to James Madison University my freshman year of college, but transferred because it was too far south and a little too "country" for me!   My sophomore year, I transferred to the University of Maryland, College Park because of its proximity to Baltimore, Annapolis, and D.C, but most importantly because it has an excellent Elementary Education program for undergrads.

Q: How many brothers and sisters do you have?
A: I have one older brother who just turned 25.   He lives in New Jersey and graduated with a degree in Broadcast Meteorology. (Yes, he's a weatherman!)

Q:What do you do as a teacher?
A: A LOT!!! We plan lessons for each day, create tests and quizzes (SORRY!), think of exciting ways to teach new concepts, monitor student progress in order to extend and remediate lessons, calculate LOTS of grades, and hopefully make every day at Hilltop exciting and new.

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I love playing and watching sports, shopping, skiing, and traveling to other cities and countries to sightsee. I especially like to visit history and art museums.

Ms. Wilkins and her family take to
