Meet Hilltop's SECRETARIES

Mrs. Wingate

Mrs. Wingate mans the front desk in Hilltop's busy office.   After coming to our school TEMPORARILY one summer, Mrs. Wingate decided to stay!   She remembers, "I was excited on my first day on the job at Hilltop."   Now a Hilltop veteran, she handles registrations, transfers, and attendance for Hilltop.   She often is the first person to meet our new students and their parents.   Mrs. Wingate helps new students get on the right buses to go home, and she makes sure they know where to catch their bus in the morning on their way into school.   She's busy all day long helping students, parents, and teachers.
Mrs. Wingate's favorite color is yellow.

She doesn't have any pets,
but she does have a Red '64 Galaxie 500 XL Show Car.

Ms. McClure

Ms. McClure came on board to command the center desk for Hilltop Elementary's office at the beginning of 2007.   The Technology Department, where she used to work in Applications and Development, was sad to see her go, but her new Hilltop family is glad Ms. McClure switched jobs!   She does the timekeeping for Hilltop, purchases materials and school supplies for the whole school, and does a lot of typing.   She also answers the phone and helps parents who come into the school office.   She loves kids and is very happy to be working at Hilltop.   She participates in the Big Brother Big Sister program, and has a little sister at a nearby local elementary school.   An identical twin, Ms. McClure enjoys playing softball.   Her favorite color is yellow.   It's interesting to note that among her other duties at Hilltop, Ms. McClure sorts and distributes U.S. and inter-office mail, because on Saturdays, she delivers mail for the United States Postal Office in Clarksville!
