Q: Where were you born?
Q: Where did you grow up?
A: I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland.
Q: Do you have any brothers and sisters? Explain.
A: I have one brother who is 35 years old.
Q: When did you start walking?
A: I started walking when I was ten months old,
and I haven't stopped since!
Q: When did your first tooth fall out?
A: I lost my first tooth when I was 6 years old.
Q; Where did you go to school?
A: I attended Guilford Elementary School in Baltimore.
I attended Howard University.
I am now attending graduate school
at Morgan State University in Baltimore.
Q: Do you have your Master's Degree?
A: Not yet, but I'm working on it!
Q: What were your favorite subjects in school?
A: In school my favorite subjects were general music, band, and gym.
Q: When did you start taking an interest in music?
A: At the age of 5 I start getting interested in music.
Q: Why did you decide to teach instrumental music?
A: I enjoy teaching others.
Q: When did you begin teaching?
A: I started teaching instrumental music in 1999.
Q: How did you become the greatest music teacher?
A: Thank you! I continued to study and I kept an open mind.
Q: What instruments do you play?
A: I play clarinet, tenor saxophone and piano.
Q: When did you start learning how to play instruments?
A: I started taking piano lessons in 3rd grade
which prepared me to play the clarinet.
Q: What is your favorite instrument?
A: My favorite instrument is the clarinet, in the Woodwinds Family.
Q: Do you have a favorite song?
A: My favorite song is Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata."
It might not be in the top ten on the radio,
but I enjoy its melody.
Q: Who is your favorite singer?
A: I like Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughn,
Carmen McRae, and CeCe Winans.
I like listening to jazz, classical, R&B, gospel and pop music.
Q: What is the biggest instrument?
A: The biggest instrument is the sousaphone.
This instrument is in the brass family and is used in marching bands.
Q: What is the biggest drum?
A: The biggest drum is the bass drum.
Q: What are strings made out of?
A: Strings are made from steel or nickel wire wound with nickel, silver or aluminum.
Q: What is your favorite color?
A: My favorite color is denim blue.
Q: What is your favorite T.V. Show?
A: The Cosby Show.
Q: Who is your favorite star?
A: Denzel Washington is my favorite actor.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: The Wiz is my favorite movie.
Q: How tall are you?
A: I am 5'7" tall.
Q: Do you have a lucky number?
A: I don't believe in lucky numbers.
My favorite numbers are 4, 22 and 0.
Q: Do you like nature?
A: Yes, I do!
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Strawberries!
Q: What is your favorite homemade meal?
A: Meat loaf with mashed potatoes and greens.
Q: What are your favorite sports? Teams?
A: My favorite sports are football and basketball.
My favorite teams are The Baltimore Ravens
and The Chicago Bulls. 
Q: Do you speak any foreign languages?
A: Not fluently. I know some Spanish, French and Italian.
Q: What is your favorite place to be?
A: New York.
Q: What is your favorite animal?
A: Dogs are my favorite pets.
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: No, I do not have any pets.
Q: Are you happy being a teacher?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you want to stay at Hilltop? Why or why not?
A: Yes, I do want to stay at Hilltop.
The staff is supportive and students work hard.
Q: Other than a teacher, what would you want to be?
A: I think I would like to be a police officer.
Q: In the future what will you want to be?
A: I want a well balanced life.
