PROCEDURE:

          In order to save your guests time and money, you will need to provide them with as much information as you can. Before you begin your project, do some research to discover:

  how far is it to each destination from your hometown.
  how expensive a dozen crabs are right now.
  what times the dolphin shows start at the aquarium.
  if any of the attractions have special discounts.
  if it is possible to use public transportation.
  if there's time to visit 2 or 3 destinations in a day.


          You'll be gathering lots of information.
Be sure to keep good notes!


          Create a plan sheet for each trip.   Be sure to include how to get to the attraction, including distance and the best mode of transportation. Don't forget to check the hours that the attraction is open at this time of year.   Jot down prices, and be sure to ask if there is a discount for children, senior citizens, students, or AAA members!   Remember, your trip to Annapolis should include some important landmarks as well as some fun activities -- make a list of what you and your guests will do there.
