MEET MR. DAY

Mr. Day joined the Hilltop family
at the start of the 2006 2007 school year.

Q: Where did you grow up?
A: I grew up in Berline Center, Ohio.

Q: What is your family like?
A: My dad is a high school Metal Shop teacher
and my mom is a Nurse Practitioner.
My brother Ryan,is a C.P.A. Accountant
and my brother Adam is a Junior in College.
My sister Kerry teaches at an elementary school
and my sister Megan is a junior in high school.

Q: Where did you go to school?
A: I attended St. Charles Elementary,
Western Reserve Middle School,
and Western Reserve High.

Q: Where did you go to college?
A: I attended Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia.

Q: Where have you lived?
A: I lived in Ohio for 18 years,
West Virginia for 4 years,
South Carolina for 2 years,
Pennsylvania for 3 months,
and now, I have lived in Maryland
since the beginning of this school year!

Q: Do you have a favorite sport?
A: I enjoy basketball, frisbee, soccer, lacrosse, and fooseball.

Q: Do you like football? What is your favorite team?
A: I like the Cleveland Browns, the Clemson Tigers, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Q: Do you have a favorite vacation spot?
A: I like to vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.


Q: Do you like being a teacher?
A: I love it!

Q: At what kind of schools did you teach for the past three years?
A: I taught 8th grade Earth Science for two years at Andrew Jackson Middle School in Lancaster, South Carolina.

Q: What is your favorite car?
A: I love my Jeep Wrangler.

Q:What is your favorite animal?
A: Birds, specifically Cardinals and Blue Jays.

Q: Do you have a pet?
A: No, I do not.

Q: Are you married?
A: No, I am not.


    Q:What is your favorite color?    
    A: My favorite color is BLUE!    


Q: What is your favorite food?
A: My favorite food is potatoes.

Q: What is your favorite ice cream?
A: I like vanilla ice cream
with peanut butter and chocolate covered pretzels.

Q: Where are your favorite places to eat?
A: I enjoy eating at Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell,
and seafood places.

Q: What is your favorite toy?
A: My favorite toys are the guitar, bongos, and the harmonica.

Q: What instruments do you play?
A: I play the guitar , bass , keys , harmonica,
drums , tuba , trombone, baritone saxophone, and the trumpet .


Q: What is your favorite music?
A: Anything that you can tap your foot to!

Q: Who is your favorite rapper?
A: Either Kanye West, or Pharell Williams.

Q: When is your birthday?
A: My birthday is August 21st.

Q: What are your favorite games?
A: I love fooseball and billiards.

Q: What are your favorite video games?
A: Mario Cart, Dr. Mario, Tetris, Blades of Steel, Little League Baseball, One-on-One Street Ball.
