Student Art Work
Our 5th graders were involved in an International Art Exchange with
Yijin Elementary School in The Peoples Republic of China. They created
a self-portrait that included a visual narrative element, describing the state of Maryland.
Several students incorporated the Chesapeake Bay, the Bay Bridge, or even their own backyard
into their self-portraits to introduce a piece of their home life to students at Yijin.
