Welcome!  My name is Kristie Battista and I am the Assistant Principal here at Brock Bridge.  This is my first year in the community and I am looking forward to working with you and your children to make Brock Bridge the best that it can be! I am coming to you with many years of experience.  I have taught 2^nd, 3^rd, and 5^th grades, as well as spending many years as a Reading Specialist before becoming an Assistant Principal.  I am passionate about instruction and will work hard to ensure that our instructional program is meeting the needs of all students.

 Like you, my evenings are busy caring for children.  I am the mother of two boys, a one-year-old and a five-year-old.  They keep me on my toes!  I understand the joys and the frustrations that parenting can bring.  Please know that my door is always open and I will support you in any way that I can.  Should you need to talk or you would just like to say hello, I look forward to seeing you!
