Broadneck Elementary School has a comprehensive guidance program directed by counselor Kim Baicar. This is a developmental program delivered to all students, kindergarten through fifth grade.

      Mrs. Baicar also provides small group guidance and one on one counseling as needed. She also provides Parent In-Services on a monthly basis.
